– Dahne Logar picked up our information in our troop folder and will get the
information to Shawn. No one attended in July. Art Pinkers will try

PLC REPORT – Ken
Wright is working with the boys. At the PLC meeting, he has divided the
boys into two groups. Ken is working with the Senior and Assistant Patrol
Leaders. Ian Crawford is the scribe and has been preparing and
distributing some very good minutes. The boys are working well and Ken
sees the result in some good quality meetings being planned. Lorie Healy
suggested that a Master Calendar might be a good “tool” to help the PLC with
planning and prevent double booking. Concerns were raised regarding the
accuracy and currency of the schedule of outings currently on the web.
Suggestions were also made that we might consider looking at changing the
schedule listing to a calendar format. Shawn will explore whether there is
a good web-based calendar that we can use along with a calendar format for the
front of the activities book.
SCHEDULING REPORT – No Report, however see
discussion regarding scheduling under PLC report.
PATROL PARENT COORDINATOR
REPORT – No formal report, however it was suggested that all parents encourage
the new parents to get their new scouts to attend the outings. It will
